Q. I set fire to my monitor/blew up my motherboard/spilt Dr. Pepper on my keyboard. Can you help?

A. We only fix software problems so if your computer is suffering from anything physical we can't help whatsoever. Your best bet is to call a hardware engineer.

Q. Are you qualified to repair my computer?

A. We don't have any formal qualifications between us but rest assured we know what we're doing. We've been working with computers for 18-20 years and have fixed every computer from ZX81s to Amstrad CPCs. We know virtually everything about operating systems and incompatibilities and know which parts of your system to leave alone so we guarantee there'll be no damage done by any of our work.

Q. Is it £25 for a visit or for each problem?

A. It's per problem you report to us but if another problem you're having is minor, we won't charge any extra.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. At the moment we accept Cash On Delivery when we arrive to fix your computer. We also accept Paypal and Nochex payments. If you wish to pay this way please state so in the 'Report Problem' form.

Q. Are there any Operating Systems you won't fix?

A. At current we don't fix problems with the Linux operating system.
